Well I looking to buy some sub commission and comissions. I would like to find first an artist who could make me a ref for my character Alucard (I'll give him/her indications and how his clothes look like etc)it's my priority! so if you know an artist who could do this tell me please that's would be great!

I've finaly got paypal but there's a fucking problem: I wanted to buy some comissions to people but I can only pay in euros or sub comissions, anyone knows if it's possible to transform euros to dollards?
